Well I figure terrys stealth would aid little with spideys spider sense but I'm confident terry could destroy his robot spider legs. H2h I think spidermans good but the kid has bruce ib his ear and that's shown to help his chances a lot. I think terry has more to throw at him ftw.

If it's Terry mcginnis as an adult to me was like a nightwing or Bruce level fighter but with the 10x enhanced speed and strength...
