 Deadpool (prep) vs Lobo

Deadpool is hired to take down Lobo. He knows exactly whom he's dealing with and what he's capable of. Wade gets access to any equipment the Punisher has ever used or any other equipment he can get and a MONTH of prep. Lobo doesnt know Wade wants to kill him and is UNARMED. Lobo's hf is on but No clonning ability for him.(didn't he lose it anyway?) So after the month of prep and setting traps DP contacts Lobo and tricks him into coming. Again, Lobo is unarmed and not aware of the threat.
Can Deadpool pull this of?
