The end of Siege is here and it comes down to these two.

Parker is PISSED and so is Osborn.

CIS and PIS are off.

IPs shields are down to 20%

Fight in NYC.

Who wins?

No... he's got no repulsor tech (among other things). It's poor man's IM suit.

Just one armory. Others were destroyed by Tony, IIRC. And all of these suits are missing components. To quote Osborn himself, they were working overtime to make them usable.

naw most of the tech had been infiltrated by the skrulls, so he could only uses the most basic tech which he semi improved upon more fashion wises then actaully improving upon it.

As GG, Norman's only been a psychological and family-related threat to Parker, pretty much ever. He's never gotten the better of Pete in a purely physical confrontation since before Gwen Stacy, except for PIS circumstances where Pete is having to save individuals, diffuse bombs, etc. etc. while also fighting GG. That much we know.

And yeah, the suit has pretty much jobbed to everyone since Norm got inside it. I'd have to say Pete since Norman has shown basically none of Stark's bells and whistles.
