What if...
...Val Amorr dumped all of his skills in a Prometheus style helmet, specially designed to be indestructible and impossible to lose/interfere with, and the following characters picked these specific fights:
1. The Thing puts on the helmet, and challenges Savage Hulk.
2. Superman puts it on, and challenges Superboy Prime.
3. Thor puts it on, and fights Gladiator.
4. Quicksilver takes on Wally West at his peak.
5. Wonder Man puts it on, and fights Sentry.
6. Spider Man fights Firelord.
What I'm wondering specifically, is if the skills that allow someone with no powers like Karate Kid to hang with super speedster bricks, would amp up characters with actual powers. Like, if KK can take on Superman, does this mean if Superman had his skill set he'd be able to take on characters as far above himself?
Val did make a comment back in the day that if Superboy had his level of training, Inertron, which is kind of like secondary Adamantium, would be like nothing to him, considering KK is already capable of damaging it with his skills.
