I'd say it's a lot closer than that in a standard match. Raven's soul self has been written to overload and disperse from energy assaults before. PIS or not, it's been taken down from energy attacks weaker than Emma's psychic lightning MANY times.
It's low showings far out way the high ones. However, it HAS been shown to become a porthole, restrain Darkseid, etc.
idk I say Emma has a shot. I think CIS-less Raven has a bunch more to offer though and Emma might have a bigger problem then.
