what is the most powerful person surfer could do this 2

1,batman
2,wolverine
3,Hercules
4,hulk
5,thor
6,superman
7,gladiator
8,thanos
9,odin

1,2,3,6 and 7, imo.
the rest are either godly resistant (Hulk > Goom's manipulation), Thor or are vastly beyond him in power (Thanos, Odin).

I think he *might* be able to do it to hulk and superman, and I know he could do it to the first 3, and more than likely gladiator. Thanos and Odin stomp though. Doesn't Thanos regularly toss around heralds in his free time?

I don't remember any other herald doing it either...

Thanos was turned to stone during a Fight with Adam warlock iirc...

Yes he does.he has no chance against thanos.

3.Hercules: Possibly
4.hulk: Possibly
5.thor: 40% chance
6.superman: Same as thor
7gladiator: Probably not
8.thanos: Not a chance
9.odin: Same as thanos
