Joker - out. Red Skull - in.
Bane - out. Winter Soldier - in.
Deathstroke - out. Sabretooth prime, in.
Deadshot - out. Bullseye in.
League of Assassins out. The Hand in.

Bullseyes first encounter wont be Batman and family, and he doesn;t know about Bats until he comes across him. Think f it as a new begining for each, they move in on Gotham as new turf, they don't know bats- except for what other thugs tell them, and bats doesn't know them until he gets his own info. So bats may hear 'theres this guy in town, new muscle has perfect aim ,blah blah '. Its not a straite versus. Each person has time to get used to gotham (if they're careful) build up contacts, make their mark, and so on.
Winter Soldier: Bats probably stop him, but he'll have to be carefull to the bionic arm. On a second encounter, Bats would rapes him.
Sabertooth: Man, Sabertooth ****in' destroy every single member of the Bats family.
Bulleyes: I lean toward Bulleyes to win, on their first meeting. Batman doesn't have the luxuary of possessing the radar sense of DareDevil. On a second encounter, Batman rapes him.
The Hand: No big deal for Batman, one of the richiest man on DC Earth. He would beat them financially in his Bruce Wayne personnality, and then kicks some Ninja's ass in his Batman personnality.
Mister X: Mister X destroy Batman. Not as much as Sabertooth destroy him, but still...
Bruce has enough resources to deal with all these guys, maybe not in a close combat situation, but utilizing planning and tech, like in a real storyline, piece O' cake.
Agree with you, but Sabertooth would be hell of a thing to handle. And he doesn't survive his first encounter with him. If he don't have info on him before, he'll get shred.
Unless Batman comes across alot of information on him, your right. It is possible that someone else will run across him first. If Batman learns of his abilitites before they're fight he could win due to preparation.
