Madame Masque is his villain, too. And she got owned by Pepper Potts wink

Most of his villains aren't powerful, they're just cunning or/and have vast resources. Like Spymaster, Ghost or Justin Hammer.

His armored villains are... well... obsolete.

But yeah, Mandarin is an exception, he is very formidable.
