She didn't have a name. She only appeared in one page. Imperiex and Anti-Monitor are DC's Galactus.

anti monitor isnt galactus, he does nothing similiar to galactus

If by FP Spectre you mean Spectre that is fully backed by the Presence, then neither is Michael.
