CIS is off, both are willing to kill BUT Black Cat IS allowed to use her claws in the fight.
Round 1 No luck powers for BC
Round 2 BC is allowed to use her luck powers.

Pretty good, id say much better than Domino's. She can use it on objects and people at will. The most recent display I can think of she broke some guys weapons with a snap of her fingers.
