Wonder Woman's got the best gear by far, she wins this one.
Green Scar's gear isn't much of an amp at all.
Herc's got mace and lion's skin.
Thor has belt of strength (x2), mjolnir, armor.
Wonder Woman has armor, shield, axe, sword of Hephaestus, lasso, Gauntlet of Strength (x10), sandals, and tiara.
If we include vehicles closely tied to their owner, Thor'd get a chariot, Diana'd get the invisible plane (which she has used as a weapon before) and go-anywhere seashell.
