Not if Bishop lets the energy out before it builds too much.

In all actuality though....I'm not sure he could overload him fast enough to cause a real problem......I remember Cyclops did it once when he unleashed his full power....but you'd have to ask someone with more knowledge about any other times he's been overloaded.
