Post crisis Darkseid is the same as Pre Crisis. Darkseid was able to shield Apokolips from the crisis. Anyway, RKT likely wins this.

For purposes of debate they're two different characters. There's a noticeable change in power after the Crisis even though logically there shouldn't have been any.
