What do you mean by "adapts" to them? If he gets every experience Superman has, then he's clearly on advantage, however, if he get's just enough experience to match a random empowered kryptonian he can get his ass handed to him. It really depends.
Well, he may be smarter than Superman and more skilled a normal combatant, but Superman has way more experience with his power set and can pull off tricks that require a lot of practice.
UM IDK I would say Batman because I mean im confident that Bat studied superman plenty of times. I think Batman would come up with more inventive use of his power. LIke a using a pressure point hit with Superman level speed and strength. Did Batman get the same K-nite weakness?
Even if he came up with inventive uses, Superman's been at it way longer and is simply going to be better at putting uses into practice.
Especially if he makes it a ranged fight, Clark should dominate. Batman can try and adapt his HtH skills, but he's never had flight or heat vision or frost breath before.
Clark is pretty much the Batman of Kryptonians where his skills using his powers are concerned. So in an all out battle his chances are pretty good. If he tries to trade blows though Bruce will certainly take him down assuming their strength and durability are equal.

We know that kryptonian strength is heavily related with their will power, not holding back and tunning their abilities. Superman is incredibly good at it already.
Think it this way: Powergirl pretty much has Superman powers but she's not nearly as uber as Clark holding back. Kal really has good chances thanks to sheer experience.
