Fixit is the most underrated Hulk ever. He's not as strong or tough as let's say Savage Hulk, but he's way, way more cunning than any other Hulk incarnation (except WWH).
He's also smarter than the WC. My vote goes to Fixit.

I agree with you, but Fixit has some pretty neat tricks up his sleeve, and if he plays the separate and conquer card he'd beat them all systematically. head to head he loses this though.
