I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.
I'm not a big fan, I just recall it being mentioned in some debates, so I can't say for sure if it's true or what level of control he had.
So, unless anyone else has more info, DS should win.

Electro really gets screwed over in comics. On Paper he should really be one of the more badder dudes around. And should cream Spider-Man. But the reality is that it doesn't go down like that
