 Crossbones vs Lady Shiva H2H

Fight takes place in New York.
Crossbones is standing on a corner as Shiva walks by. He pats her bottom saying "Whats a girl like you doing in a place like this" An enraged Shiva roars "None may place their hands on Shiva this way-prepare to die you arrogant fool"
Crossbones replies "Bring it on toots"

The scene is set. Who wins?

No face laser -Crossbones has taken it to Cap. I reckon 6/4 in Rumlows favour.
