2) Who survives? Does the earth even survive? (okay, really 3 questions)
Superman 1 million alone can take the first three by himself.
But if this fight is fought in 1 Millions universe, he would stomp most of them. He held a solar system all by himself for a short time, plus he's able to punch through time.
Dr. Strange powers would be useless against him, because he's immune to magic, thank to the marriage to a 5th dimension imp.
He's also faster than most on team 2.
Then you have Pre-Crisis kent Nelson, that's equal, or feats wise more impressive then Dr. Strange.
I actually don't know why you put Green Arrow in this fight, because without PIS, he won't last a second.
Superman Prime greater than Rune King Thor? Based on what? Dude was still vulnerable to Kryptonite by the way.
Rune King Thor is beyond 1 million. Dude was Trans level maybe. His best feat of power was using Telekinesis to stop one half of a Galaxy colliding with another as I recall. Classic Thor has greater feats.
Kal Kent is the one that hold the solar system. He's one of the Superman's dynasty.
Where as Clark Kent is Superman Prime Gold 1 Million, the original Superman, the one that stay in the sun for 15,000 years, the one that studied with the Source, the one that bestows additional powers to his descendants.
Do you pay attention to half the things you post here. If Odin's Omnipotent, then how the hell can Rune King Thor be higher than him, when there's nothing above Omnipotent.
Here's the list.
Omnipotent- There is nothing above that, because is the end all of power.
Nigh-Omnipotent- Close, but not all powerful.
Omnipresent- The ability to be everywhere, and nowhere the same time.
Omniscience-Having complete or unlimited knowledge, awareness, or understanding; perceiving all things.
It's almost easier to look at the weak links rather than the powerhouses:
Marvel has only Ares, Cap and Iron Man whereas DC has Green Arrow, Supergirl, Wonder Woman, Steel and Captain Marvel who are lagging behind somewhat in this elite company. Maybe Flash also if he isn't being written up to his theoretical best. Also Sodam Yat has never quite lived up to his promise and may disappoint while Rulk should be enjoying himself with all these very powerful and drainable types around.
Still DC does arguably have speed on their side for the most part and they might be able to let that work for them. Golden Superman is their biggest gun but he's arguably contained or overmatched by these versions of Thor and/or Hercules.

Ares is not a weak link when he has the Twilight Sword, as he does in this scenario. Iron Man also has the Thorbuster armor. The Twilight Sword makes Ares at least more powerful than a Herald. If anything, Captain America is the weak link on the Avengers team.
