What exactly has Wraith done to put him above FS? From what I remember, the Exolon were his best weapon, but I don't see them working on an intangible opponent.
Did I miss something?

You guys get too caught up into power tiers. Look at the power sets. Wraith is immortal, couldn't be harmed by conventional means, was able to pound Ronan physically, can absorb souls or some such thing, and has the Kree supreme intelligence inside of him as well.
Edit: I'm just effin around here. I know crap about fire storm to be honest. Wraith just looks cooler.
