what does Azrael have that would a) put Laura down or b) protect him from being cut?
being a top level martial artist is not going to allow someone to hang with people like wolvie or x23, especially x, because even in a CIS situation, she seems to have little problems killing people

damn, it's just hard to find certain matches for X-23 she seems to straddle that thin line of stomp loses or stomp wins.

lots of chars are like that. wolvs and Manthing for instance 
but you are right, its more that she has a hard powerset to fight against than that she is very powerful
