Regular Kalibak's strength is roughly Superman/Orion-level, and his Beta-Club can fire pretty potent blasts (sufficient to momentarily down a berzerker Orion.)

If it's secondary adamantium Ultron Kalibak can pull some wins. However, how would he fare against an encephalo ray? About six of those are enough to ko Wonderman.
It all comes down to strategy then, if he's going all out, Kalibak should be able to destroy a secondary adamantium Ultron quickly, I'm not aware of Kalibak's strength compared to Thor, but he's certainly in the same league. If Kalibak has his club, and it gives him good ranged attacks, I would give him about 7/10 -losing mostly for the lack of brains-.
