I think it will happen. Robinson answered something along those lines in an interview, seeing as Jade is the only GL.

I doubt Saint can give Jade a power boost in the same way he can regular GL..

Jade isn't a GL but she uses the green part of the spectrum which is what matters and not whether she has a ring. Saint Walker would be able to work with that just as fine.

The Starheart is driven by willpower, which I suppose would make Saint Walker amping Jade, or Alan if he was nearby, plausible, I guess...
