Too powerful for Waverider. Along with his constructs this isn't close.

He has access to an entire battery of the emotional spectrum. Do you honestly think Waverider is a peer in terms of power ?

He's pure temporal energy. The constructs won't do much, IMO.

First, how is Larfleeze going to deal with Waverider? He hasn't battled anyone like him and how will he touch him when he's intangible/ in the time stream?

How did Doomsday deal with him ? Did he touch him ? His constructs along with Larf will be all over him and if a dumb as nails brick can do so an army along with a battery wielder is tagging this guy.

DD adapted to him. Something Larfleeze won't be able to do. He can't teleport, hasn't faced someone who can move 2x the speed of light and has no way at tagging someone who can turn intangible.

When did DD go twice the speed o flight in that arc ? So are you saying no one else can tag Waverider unless they can adapt to him ?

Waverider can, not DD. Waverider has proven to be hard to hit, adding intangibility just adds to the difficulty. Larfleeze wasn't able to tag the Flash, I doubt he'll be able to harm Waverider.

DD hit him though and lots of characters getagged all the time like Gladiator, Sentry, etc. How many examples do you have of him simply avoiding attacks due to his speed ?

Do you feel Waverider is faster than the flash ?

Who do you feel is portrayed as consistently faster and who usually uses their speed more consistently ? This isn't that hard of a question.
