The problem with Flash foes, is that they're actually quite deadly. The speedsters however are usually around Flash's speed level. Or in some cases, faster.

The Rogues would hate you for calling the evil speedsters Rogues smile

I... don't think this batch of JLA would be very good against fighting this many Flash and Flash+ speed enemies.

That's a really good top tier JLA roster as is. You can add Barry and Jesse Quick to give them more speedsters, but Zoom is still a beast.

You definitely want Wonder Woman, she's one of the best against speedsters (beat Starro controlled Wally, etc. etc.). Better reflexes than characters of similar speed and all that.

Area effect types might be good if their effects are fast enough. Hm, perhaps Dr. Light, blind them all...

There's 2 Zooms. The Professor isn't as fast as Zolomon. But the big problem is Kid Zoom and Zoom 2.

Wally going all out might be able to beat him at this point, he's gotten alot better.
