If Hanks isn't allowed to take over Beta Ray Bill, I say slight edge to time 2, because Cyborg is a monster. BRB vs Black Adam would be a pay-per-view worthy match.
If Cyborg can take over Bill, Stardust is ****ed unless he bfr himself. Either way, team 2 hard.

Team Two. Black Adam's damage soak and resistance to magic in general give him a fighting chance against Bill, and technopathy from Hank will be a huge problem. Barring techopathy, I see Stardust being the least durable here, anyway.
