This is classic Wonderman not energy wonderman. He does have his jet belt tied to his ionic energy though.

I think Apollo has greater speed and he has damn good Heat Vision. I still believe Simon would beat him.

Apollo has greater flight speed, I've never seen any really good reaction feats for him.

He's got a few in Stormwatch, not many I can think of in Authority.
