Ultron's body seems like it'd be ripe for takeover by Henshaw. Even without that, I'd still take team two since team one really doesn't have a way of dropping Hank.

Ultron is a formidable technopath as well. Especially with the Phalanx. I don't think Hank could hack Ultron that easy if at all.
