Absorbing Man vs Amazing Man

Who would win between Absorbing Man and Amazing Man III, Marcus Clay?

Fight in a scrapyard.

Amazing might be able to outsmart Creel.
Lord knows others have. Creel -might- be more powerful, as he's absorbed a lot of magical properties and crap like that (which i'm not sure if Amazing has done/can do, and in a scrap yard it shouldnt be an issue anyway).

Amazing Man has absorbed cosmic beings and mystics as well. They're pretty much the same.

Clay hasn't.
His Cousin Will Everett III did (Amazingman II), When he absorbed the power of Overmaster (Galactus rip off)

Will Everett (the Origianl AM) also absorbed things like the properties of devices instead of JUST materials. Like when he became a magnetic controller (able to create attractive and repulsive magnetic force fields) after touching an elelctro-magnet

Will Everett III (grandson of WE) was on showings the most powerful even able to absorb energy blasts (provided he was prepared for them and thought to absorb because getting caught unawares is how he got killed) and then blast the energy

While the original was the more versatile having gone all plastic man and such, as well as used other power like the aforementioned Magneto lite

Clay demonstrated the fastest "reaction" transformations, having changed to metal by the bullet shot at him.

Honestly to match Creel in "power" I'd say you have to combine the showings of all three characters who more the name and I'm not sure that should fly.

Clay certainly SEEMED the most savvy in how to use his power. however since he was in John's over crowded JSA team, he simply never got the chance to show it.

That was very informative.

I guess i'll stick with Creed having a slight power edge, though with nothing but scrap to play with, its really not that big a deal in this fight. Outsmarting Creel is still an option i think.

Well, if we can work Superman in here somehow (do you think if either touched him they'd be able to mimic his entire power set? Just his invulnerabity? Would they blow up?) it might still have a chance.
