no CCR in the first one? what about the opposing force? if he isnt packing anything he's toast.
does annie get OF in the second one? more to the point is this annie as we saw him during annihilation? if so, I believe he wins

Yes. It's Annihilus as seen in Annihilation. Just in the first scenario he does not have Qbands, because they are not typically his standard gear.
