The problem is I don't know Mallen and going by his bio he could be everyone "increased strength, durability etc.", as for the question not sure who the strongest was but he stopped a tsunami not long ago like Sam pointed out and he also held a Jet with it which was using the after burner not that long ago. Do you have on panel feats of Mallen? The bio doesn't say much.
