I'd probably say the cube, since the reality gem would need to be backed by the power gem to hit it's full potential.

Also, the cube wouldn't be limited to just messing with reality, it would also have an ability to influence time, space, mind, etc.

Id give Thanos with the gem the win, due to the fact he would be able to hold of the cubes power/effect for a time, just long enough to destroy the cube(which Thanos knows can be done).

Maybe. The gem's potential is greater though, Power Gem or not.

Thanos with Cube 10/10. Not really a contest. What have other Gem wielders ever accomplished without backing from the Power Gem? Thanos even stated on panel that the Power Gem is what allows the other Gems to be universal level or something.
