Aegis is easily the most powerful, as it's Apokoliptian tech made out of the shell of an Imperiex probe, harnessing it's entropic nature in addition. It's kinda cheating since it's not pure tech.

The Engineer isn't really armor- that's nanites that are part of her. Even so, I think I'd put Beetle a bit higher, due to his phase shifting power and the variety of specialist high-power weapons.

Hardware I don't know very much of. He's one of the Dakota-verse (Static Shock) imports, isn't he?

Shield, I didn't read either.

Lord Havok's suit was quite impressive -- as was Dr. Magnus' Veridium armor.

But from the list, I'd have to go with BB.

^ There wasn't really anything impressive about it. Superboy Prime was able to build an armor akin to it, after all.

I'm not sure what the anti-monitor's armor actually did other than contain him.

And SBP's seemed mostly to help keep him charged.

Shadow Dragons armor was fairly impressive, considering it let him fight on an even level with Superman including countering his speed.

Moving at those speeds was a strain on the user, though.

Edited. Didn't notice the E/A armor listed at first.
