team 2 wins. team one has strong willed individuals (ollie wouldnt cut it, however) with a year of ring experience. team 2 has accomplished lanterns, some of which have a lifetime of experience with the rings that can match or excell top tier GLs with years of experience, plus a couple of marvel heralds.

Team 2. Sinestro >>> any one on Team 1, Dr. Doom still has his considerable tech and magic to fall back on, both Atrocitus and Larfleeze > any one on Team 1, Loki's magic is a huge obstacle for Team 1 to get around, and Venom could probably hang for a while with anyone given the stipulations.
