No...he hasnt made an appearance in a long, LONG, time...

Hopefully someone uses him at some point, but I dont know how likely it is...seems like he has been forgotten.

From what I recall, and this is from a long time ago. The Shaper wanted to experiment with how well the Hulk would deal with living in a certain reality setting. The Hulk disliked the Shaper using him as a guinea pig, and launched an assault against him, that made him release the Hulk. The Hulks assault was great enough to toss the Shaper around, and even nearly destroy the reality that he made.
