 Infinity gauntlet vs 1. mandrakk 2.spectre

Any marvel character who can use the I.G to it's best vs full powered mandrakk and fullpowered spectre both on separate battles who wins this and why?

The IG is Universal at best, while Mandrakk is Multiversal.

He absorbs concept to make himself stronger. Mandrakk would slap any and all IG users like they were nothing.

Spectre at full power has the Presence backing him up, nothing much to be said.
