Hank Henshaw, for this gauntlet, has a body that is a fusion of the following:
- His standard Kryptonian Alloy/Organic body
- A Qwardian Power ring and battery
- Nimrod
- Danger
- The Super Adaptoid (with its power set locked with Captain America, Hercules [Immortal], Hawkeye, Wasp [Classic], Quicksilver, Goliath [Hank Pym] and the Scarlet Witch [Classic]
- The Cosmic Hulk
- The Entropy Aegis
Gauntlet
- The Thunderbolts [Most recent incarnation]
- DCnU Justice League of America
- The Avengers [Most recent incarnation]
- The Secret Avengers [Most recent incarnation]
- X-men [Most recent incarnation. No Legion and Hope can not channel the Phoenix Force]
- Justice League of America [Pre-Reboot and Big Seven]
- Annihilators
- Team Lantern [Hal Jordan, Sinestro, Atrocitus, Carol Ferris, Saint Walker, Indigo-1, Larfleeze with Corp]
- Infinity Watch [As they were when they formed Infinity Watch. They possess the Infinity Gems]
- God Squad [Thor, Venus, Sersi, Snowbird, Mikaboshi, Ajak, Atum, Hercules. Current incarnation of each or most average power showing. No Chaos King or Chaos War Hercules.]
Stipulations
- Battle till death or 5 minute KO.
- No BFR.
- No prep time for either side of the gauntlet.
- Henshaw is not refreshed between each leg of the gauntlet, having to jump from the level he had just beaten to the next instantly.
- PIS is off, CIS is on save that Henshaw is not suicidal for this gauntlet.
- Battle takes place in The Bleed on a planet made of a primary adamantium with a normal atmosphere.
- Henshaw can not Megaman.
- Standard knowledge for the gauntlet teams. Henshaw only has the knowledge he would normally have and any given to him from his new body.

Henshaw as described in the OP is (as pertains combat capability) a Low Skyfather bare minimum...
Henshaw 10/10 against this gauntlet...
