Black holes have a questionable history in comics. I don't know that much about black hole effectiveness in Marvel, but Superman's held a black hole in his hand - and if Superman can do that, Hulk probably can too. Unless there's actual evidence showing otherwise.

I doubt either Hulk or Superman would be able to do that against the black hole Stardust opened up.
Without any surface, Hulk should be sucked into the warp in space Stardust opened up. Together with his immortality, flight, and long range energy projection, this is Stardust's battle to lose.

i always wondered if a herald could leech hulks gamma radiation somewhere else...instead of absorbing it just siphon it off to another area all the while attacking him, thereby making him weaker as the fight goes on
Tbf to Hulk, I wouldn't be surprised if he did something absurd like wrestle a black hole or hold one in his hand, but as far as I know, he hasn't done anything similar to that yet.
Still, Stardust loses this only if it/he/she fights Hulk on Hulk's terms.
Oh, I have no doubt Hulk could do something wacky like grab and beat up a black hole (Dude punched through a time storm and can hold energy so why not) but from what I remember, this was basically a warped hole in space that transported you into another dimension. It just had the pull of a black hole. If taken off guard, I'd wager he'd be transported before he can do much. Assuming he doesn't somehow grab the edges of it or something like that.
Interest piqued?
