Most people are probably wisely holding off on positing an opinion. How many issue are out of each? 6-7? That's about 1 issue per character. Even with a solo title, most characters need a year or two of existence to really gauge accurately, and more so if they're only in a team book.

^ I'm pretty sure most of the JLA could replicate that flashy double-page spread also. Barring that, and J'onn's seemingly intimiate knowledge of the JLA, I still think Stormwatch takes it. Their dysfunctionality and lack of teamwork might make it close. But Stormwatch just seems to be too much,
