They hurt reality warpers like Max Faraday and TAO.

And besides, when has Thanos tanked an attack from a full powered CC? If you're thinking about the attack he took from Maker, that wasn't even a planetary level attack she delivered.. Gladiator saw it, and claimed Thanos has survived worse before.

Thanos hurt and defeated a reality warper in the Maker with infinite power. Thanos tanked cc level power in a different comic.

Thanos crushed her. Captain Atom beat Majestic. Thanos bested power gem Thor who'd maul both Majestic and captain atom like newbrns.

She could still warp reality. Looks like she didn't beat thanos due to her being able to warp reality.
