That's just a glimpse into her powerset. She's an excellent mage that has peak human/low level superhuman physical stats, great durability, AND she's an accomplished h2h and sword fighter.

pretty impressive, but doesn't show that she can touch Mary when she's in mist form. Mary could just attack Sprial from the inside.
