 Ronan the Accuser vs Stryfe

I'm not sure if this has been done here (havent figured out how to do a search yet, lol), but since I tried it on another board, thought I'd give it a shot here.

Ronan has his universal weapon, Stryfe is at his higheset levels. They begin 50yds apart in front of a gas station in Manhattan. Normal morals or lack thereof. No prep, but basic knowledge from a reliable news scource. Win by incapacitation or death, no battle field removal.

If Stryfe telepathy fails, he will lose in a contest of power, and ability.

Ronan has given Surfer serious trouble, and beat Genis-Vell early on.

When you say fails, do you mean fails to be effective? Or if Stryfe becomes exhausted from its use during the battle and has to stop using it?

Ah, ok. Has Ronan shown good tp defense agaisnt someone on Stryfe's scale? Or does he have an auto mind shield going on becasue of the universal weapon?
