Going with Amazo here. The Adaptoid should be able to win in theory but Amazo is portrayed as more powerful, IMO.

Super-Adaptoid does overheat after absorbing too many abilities. That's its only weakness whereas Amazo seems to have no limit.
But considering both have no superpowered identities in the area it's a pretty pointless fight.
