Depends on how you look at this.
Nekron is a Death AND Oblivion abstract plus the ruler of Purgatory (1/3 of the afterlife). CK was retconned into being merely an aspect of Oblivion. Neither of them would do anything to the other. They'd have to switch it up. Nekron vs CW Herc and Spectre with Logos vs CK.
I have ZERO clue how powerful Spectre with Logos was so can't compare him to CK.
But IMHO, Nekron would molest CW Herc.
So it all depends on the CK vs Spectre with Logos result.
