 PIS wet dream: Doom vs Doom

Dr. Doom has become one of the most dangerous villains ever thanks in part to three key attributes 1 thirst for power 2 iron will and 3 brilliant mind.
So...we're going to take two of him, plucked microseconds apart from the 616 Universe, Doom A will be given a Green Lantern Power Ring, Doom B has been given an Orange Lantern Power Ring. Both get 48 hours prep time,no time travel. Rings never need recharging. Winner gets omnipotence.
PIS is turned up to 100% who wins?

this thread is dumb, Orange ring is more powerful because it has It's entire battery's supply whilst the green one shares power with thousands of corps members. also, Jake is one of the better debaters on this website from what I've seen. last thing, leave the ad hominem fallacies to the 3rd graders.
