Prime's best feat is that fact that he powers the Superman Dynasty (those whose powers are derived from the sun, at least.) Thus it is logical to assume that his power is well beyond that of his 'heralds' (ie. Superman 1M)--much like Galactus is well beyond his heralds. However, it is also logical to assume that Prime was still vulnerable to Kryptonite--as that is what Solaris was going to use to kill him, and his underlings were still vulnerable to it as well... So this might be something for Thor to think about.
Anyway, KT wins based on his battle feats (though I personally feel that Prime was intended to be the most powerful character ever seen in DC.)

Technically we don't know if the Kryptonite would have affected him, because it never actually hit him.
Really really doubt this. He wouldn't have needed that GL ring if that was the case, also he was too slow to prevent the Atom's universe from collapsing, someone like the Spectre wouldn't have had that problem, let alone Michael, Lucifer, the Presence, Primal Monitor, etc.
