rex made a lot of empty threats, and warped a part of infinity, but that's about it.
wanda's actual feats are superior, imo.

Wanda's three little words warped the omniverse to a state that to this stay still remains in effect. In fact, it was revealed that her spell wove so deeply into the fabrics of all realities and all alternate dimensions, that trying to undo it would most likely end up destroying those realities or at the very least really mess them up.
Wanda takes it with ease, IMO.
