Doom takes over Magneto, gains complete mastery over all his powers and complete access to all his memories.

Doom takes over IM, again with the same degree of mastery and completeness.

Doom IM fights Doom Magneto.

Best of 5, who wins more and why?

iirc, IM already has his armour protected against Magneto's manipulations.
imo, if anything, this fight favours IM Doom a little.

True though that won't stop the magic war happening between them.

Though the AVX fight resulted in the two beaten each other senseless.
I can't see why IronDoom can't shove an Achilles Needle or an Energy Sword into MagDoom's heart during melee battle.

Yeah IronDoom may well win this.

loz I knows right? though plot proved if Ironman continued the onslaught Mags would've been screwed.

Though the armor is still immune to electro magnetic manipulations.

The spells that would eventuate would be the more interesting factor.
But whilst Doomneto tries to wrap or crush IronDoom in large amounts of metal. Or binding him in Crimson Bands of Cytorrak.

IronDoom immune to simple magnetism could cast a teleportation spell and use an Achilles Needle or energy sword on him from behind.

Anything can happen. I believe off the bat Doomneto in my first post won a no prep war anyways.

Why would Mags honestly need to manipulate the armor anyway? There are so many ways he could beat IM and AvX really didn't have him cutting loose. Add Doom's power to them both and it still puts the Mutie over the playboy

Ironman is Doom too.

The insane tech Ironman has had throughout the years. Plus Tony has the Space Infinite Power Gem in a security locker somewhere. Endgame!
