If they both had a battle/war the entire race of each in a wide area not asgard or Titan: Odin,thor,volstagg,heimdall,Siff and all others who can fight but not loki etc they can use the destroyer and norn stones and other artifacts .. and for the deviants Thanos and his relos: father brothers etc and all others who are great fighters, too many to name but with standard equipment and tech no CC, IG etc Overall who is more superior and more powerfull, and hence will win ??

This could be a good fight, but you need to set the parameters better. Who's in Asgard? What artifacts can they use? Where is the fight? Most importantly is Odin there?
