Considering in Marvel, Vili and Ve sacrificed their lives to give Odin his current power level, and Odin is roughly equal to Zeus, then this is basically Odin vs. Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades, so team 2 wins.
On a side note, Odin's origin story (how the OF was born) is one of the coolest short tales ever told in a comic. It's a shame that Fraction sort of ruined it with that whole Serpent (Fear Itself) nonsense.
