Yeah but you also have to think about speed and strength for the agents. They clearly move faster than bullets (from a machine gun). Bullets at point blank range.

Logan has the speed feat to match/surpass. As does Peter, who's the strongest on the field here.
The "drone" agent is essentially cannon fodder. Can't see Smith soloing Logan and Spidey when one well placed blow kills him.
